WHY BREAD?

Our bakers are full of talent, creativity, humor and dashing good looks. The only thing they lack is opportunity, and that’s all about to change.
THE PROCESS
Special needs trainees work with an inclusive team learning and mastering important skills in the food industry. They work alongside top baker directed by Jeff Finkelstein of Hof Kelsten ensuring that everything is crafted wtih intention and supreme flavor.
Of course running a bakery is more than just baking. That’s why our Bakers are engaged creatively in as much of the business as possible, from brainstorming marketing ideas to collecting customer feedback; giving them a sense of ownership and pride in their work.
